 Pastor Don married Robin Michele Bartlett on Sept. 7, 1984 in Finksburg. They have three daughters Joanna, Rebekah and Hannah.  He was born again April 6, 1993 and called to preach at Berean Baptist Church block 37 Mandaluyong Republic of the Philippines in the year 2000.   He was ordained at Granite Baptist Church in Glen Burnie on Jan 26th 2003, and was outreach Pastor there and Bus Ministry Director.  He received a BA in Bible at ODBC on May 23, 2010.   He received his Master of Ministry at Lone Star Bible College at Parkside Baptist Church Mesquite, Texas May 10, 2019.  He has been an officer of Agora Evangelism Ministry since it was founded in 2007 and Executive Director for the last decade.  He enjoys Touring on his Bicycle, travel, and is a Craftsman at Machining and Wood Working.   

Having Grown up in the ministry at GIBC Bro Gary has sat under several preachers. He has served faithfully as a deacon for over 15years and as head deacon since 2020. Bro. Gary loves the Lord and the people at GIBC he has a true servant's heart. He is also head of our mission's department.
