Pastor Donegan, is from Ireland, and started in ministry over 40 years ago as a junior leader through senior director at Dublin Christian Mission until he left to get his first degree in youth ministry, in 1994 from Pensacola Christian College. He has pastored in Alabama, and Wyoming, before being led of the Lord to GIBC. He has also earned two master's degrees, one in Biblical exposition from Pensacola Theological Seminary and one in Biblical Counseling from Maranatha Theological Seminary.

Having Grown up in the ministry at GIBC Bro Gary has sat under several preachers. He has served faithfully as a deacon for over 15years and as head deacon since 2020. Bro. Gary loves the Lord and the people at GIBC he has a true servant's heart. He is also head of our mission's department.
